A 12-week live online training with Ksandra of Hear Me Roehr

Space Holding Training

The art of holding space for plant ceremony

Twelve live calls on what it really takes to hold a ceremony well: the calling, the container, and the holding itself.

Two groups to choose from: November 2026 or January 2027. Tuesdays on Zoom.

What this training is

This training is about the art of holding space, whatever plant or element is calling you. I'll speak to both gentle, heart-opening ceremonies and deeper journey work, and to what each asks of the person holding the space.

More and more people are curious about plant medicine ceremony, whether that means sitting in one or holding one. There is a lot to consider on either side of the circle.

For the last six years I've been sitting in these ceremonies and holding space for them. I want to share what I've learned along the way: the mistakes, the aha moments, the challenges, and the tools.

Who it's for

This is for you if

  • You feel called to hold space for plant ceremony and want to know whether this path is truly yours.
  • You already hold space and want to deepen how you do it.
  • You're curious about sitting in ceremony yourself and want to understand what good space holding looks like first.
  • You want to learn from real experience, including the mistakes.

This isn't for you if

  • You're looking for a certification or a credential.
  • You're looking for plants, or for where to find them.
  • You want a shortcut. Being called doesn't mean being ready, and "not yet" is a valid answer.

Some people joining have held ceremony before, and some have never sat in one. Both are welcome. And if you're called to gentle, heart-opening ceremony only, that is a full path, not a lesser one.

How it works

12
live calls, one each week
90
minutes per call, on Zoom
Tuesdays
6 to 7:30 pm Central
Recorded
every call, for when you can't be there

Each call has time to drop in, teaching and story, Q&A, and a practice to take with you for the week. Being there live is highly recommended, and every call is recorded in case you have to miss one.

What we'll cover

This training is about the art of holding space, whatever plant or element is calling you. I'll speak to both gentle, heart-opening ceremonies and deeper journey work, and to what each asks of the person holding the space.

Intention setting, and everything that happens before a ceremony begins.
Week 8: The space
Setting, altar, sound, and the practical tools that help people feel held.
Month three

The Holding

Week 9: The team
Group size, private versus group containers, and choosing who stands beside you.
Week 10: Inside the journey
What people may move through, and how to recognize it.
Week 11: Holding the ceremony
Opening, witnessing, staying steady when things get hard, and closing well.
Week 12: Integration
Supporting people after ceremony, and naming your own next step.

Each week includes live teaching, story, Q&A, and a practice to take with you. This is an educational training, not a certification, and no plants are provided.

What you'll create along the way

I'll show you how I do things, with examples from my own practice. My way isn't the only way, so the weekly practices invite you to start shaping your own. Along the way you'll have the chance to draft:

Your own intake questions
I'll share the questions I ask and why I ask them.
Your own touch and consent agreement
I'll walk you through how I approach it.
Your own preparation guide
I'll share examples of what I send people before a ceremony.
Your own opening and closing words
In your voice, for how you would begin and close a ceremony.
Your own integration plan
I'll share how I support people in the weeks after.

I'll be honest with you: finishing this training doesn't by itself make anyone ready to hold ceremony. What it gives you is a grounded place to start from and a clear sense of your own next step.

About Ksandra

I'm Ksandra Roehr. I've been holding space for people for more than 17 years, as a practitioner, a facilitator, and a teacher.

Six years ago, after a major life shift I call my Phoenix evolution, plant medicine called me. I had been holding space for others for over ten years by then, but I hadn't yet been held in my own journey like that. I traveled to Peru and sat in ceremony for ten days, and that became my initiation.

What grew from it was a call from my ancestral lineage to be a space holder, in ceremony and in life. I've spent the six years since sitting in ceremony and holding space for others.

I'm teaching this now because so many people are curious about these ceremonies, and there is a lot to consider whether you're sitting in the circle or holding it. I'll tell the fuller story on our first call.

From people Ksandra has held space for

"A couple times I felt more dense shifts coming through that could've created a very unpleasant experience. During each of those times, I could feel Ksandra come over... I knew I was being held with care and integrity so I could focus on the journey I was in... It's only a handful of people I suggest to others when it comes to being held and supported spiritually and working with the plant world. Ksandra is always one of them."
Raven
"The way Ksandra held space immediately stood out to me. I felt a strong energetic connection and a level of grounded presence that felt rare and refreshing... Working together felt safe, attentive, and deeply held... She's a gifted facilitator."
Amber
"Working with Ksandra felt like entering a sacred current: held, challenged, witnessed, and unraveled in exactly the ways my system needed... Her work is potent and initiatory, yet grounded and deeply safe."
Maria
"The kind of work that Ksandra offers is hard to come by, especially from someone with her level of training, experience, and perspective. Ksandra's powerful presence is just what you need when diving deep into yourself."

Good to know

Is this a certification?
No. This is an educational training. It isn't a certification, license, or credential, and completing it doesn't qualify or authorize anyone to hold ceremony.
Are plants provided?
No. Nothing is provided, sold, sourced, or recommended, and the training doesn't cover how to obtain anything.
Do I need experience?
No. Some people joining have held space before, and some have never sat in ceremony.

What if I miss a call?
Every call is recorded and shared with your group. Being there live is highly recommended.
Will I be on the recordings?
If you attend live, you may appear in the recording. Recordings, and what other people share, stay within your group.
