This month our cacao ceremony will be held ealrier in the month and at a new location. Please read below for important details about the event and new venue.
Ceremonial Cacao has been used for centuries as a ceremonial way to help open the Heart and connect us deeper into our awareness and alignment.
Hear me Roehr and Zen Jen invite you to join in their Monthly Cacao Ceremony. This ceremony will revolve around the energy of appreciation. So many times in our lives we are in a constant go go go energy and we forget to step back and sit in the power of Appreciation for what we have already manifested.
It is said that the Vibration of Appreciation is as power as the Vibration of Love. During ceremony we will sit in the powerful vibration and see what treasures and gifts this energy will bring.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy a ceremonial cacao drink. As you sit and relax you will be guided into a meditative state while you receive individual and group energy healing from Alexandra of Hear Me Roehr as well as individual healing and bodywork from Jenny of ZenJen, and you will also experience a sound bath.
FOR THE EVENT:

PLEAE BRING:
- yoga mat and/or bolster and blanket (anything you want to make the experince comfortable)
- recommend wearing comfortable clothing
- feel free to bring someting to place at the alter you would like blessed (you will take it back)
- bring a journal if inspired to
PARKING:
- best to park on Olive Street (it's meter parking til 7pm)
- entrance is on Grand Blvd (building is on corner of Grand & Olive)
- Alex will be at the main entrance to let you into the building
Cacao Drink Ingredients:
- ceremonial cacao bark
- oat milk
- vanilla extract
-maple syrup
