Monthly Cacao Ceremony & Shamanic Journey
Ceremonial Cacao has been used for centuries as a way to open the Heart Chaka and connect us deeper into our awareness and alignment. Join Ksandra Roehr of Hear Me Roehr for her new monthly Chakra offering of Ceremonial Cacao, a 60-minute offering exploring the shamanic journey of grounding and centering through intention-setting and connection with universal spirit.
In this workshop, participants will be guided through communication with ceremonial cacao, being guided into a meditative state to connect with the sacred temple which resides within their heart space. Through incorporating modalites of breathwork, bodywork and energy healing, attendees receive guidance and clarity from Higher Self and Spirit. Attendees receive individual and group healing along with experiencing a sound bath to ground their experience. To culminate this journey, Ksandra will provide personal oracle card readings for each participant, providing personal takeaways and guidance for integration and inspiration.
To Prepare for This Offering: Please bring a personal yoga mat and/or bolster and blanket. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with layers to achieve optimal comfort. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a journal to record their experiences.
