Ceremonial Cacao has been used for centuries as a ceremonial way to help open the Heart and connect us deeper into our awareness and alignment.
NADA is an acupuncture treatment that helps increase calmness, better your sleep, relieve stress and emotional trauma, and helps you discover your inner quietness and strength.
The intention of the event is to energetically open and connect with our heart and third eye to learn how we can deepen in a relationship of love and harmony with ourselves and others.
During this event you will:
Have an opportunity to enjoy a ceremonial cacao drink.
Receive a NADA treatment that involves the gentle placement of 5 needles into each ear.
Be guided into a relaxed meditative state while you receive individual and group energy healing
Experience a sound bath
Be led through an embodiment activity that includes breathe work and body movement

Please Bring:
yoga mat and/or bolster and blanket (anything you want to make the experience comfortable)
recommend wearing comfortable clothing
feel free to bring something to place at the alter you would like blessed (you will take it back)
bring a journal if inspired to
