Ceremonial Workshop
A workshop that combines the many benefits of bodywork and cacao. It’s a great time to release, align, and receive.
Take time to check into your body. Feel and listen to what it needs. During this time we will explore movement , breathwork, dance, stretching and self massage to better connect with our bodies and release any stress, tension, tightness, or blocks that can then allow even more goodness to come in during the cacao ceremony.
Cacao has been used for centuries as a way to connect deeper with Mother Earth and our Heart Chakra. It is a soft and powerful way to sit in ceremony, where we feel profoundly grounded and open to receive the guidance, clarity, and healing we are seeking.
The experience includes:
• an embodiment bodywork activity
• cacao ceremony with guided meditation
• Individual bodywork and healing touch
• Sound healing
FOR THE EVENT:
DOOR CLOSE @ 1:55pm
- yoga matts will be provided
BRING:
- bolster and blanket (anything you want to make the experience comfortable)
- recommend wearing comfortable clothing
- feel free to bring something to place at the alter you would like blessed (you will take it back)
- bring a journal if inspired to
PARKING:
- in front of the building or next to
- main entrance in the front of the building
