The Embodied Empowerment Mentorship is three months of deep, steady support for the seasons that change everything: six 90-minute sessions, plus support on WhatsApp in between, so the work doesn't fade when the session ends.

About Ksandra
I'm Ksandra Roehr, a shamanic Reiki practitioner, intuitive life coach, and ceremony facilitator. I've been doing this work since 2008, and serving St. Louis since 2021.
In 2020, my own life came apart. My marriage and the business we'd built together ended within months. I had good support, and still struggled to hold on between sessions. That season taught me what kind of support actually helps, and it shapes everything I offer today.
I believe emotions aren't a ranking of good and bad. Even the hard ones carry wisdom, and a dysregulated nervous system is often pointing to something that's asking to change.
That's how I work today: slowly, with consent, and rooted in the body.

Most people experience it as deeply calming. In-person sessions are fully clothed. Online, it's offered as remote Reiki on Zoom.
It's coaching built on the belief that you already carry your own inner wisdom. Instead of handing you answers, I help you reconnect with that guidance and build a trusting relationship with yourself, using tools like shadow work, inner child healing, gentle reparenting, and somatic practices.
A sound bath is a guided relaxation where you rest comfortably while singing bowls fill the room with sound. It's a simple way to slow down and let your body settle. No experience needed.

A 60-minute session is $195 and a 90-minute session is $225, in person or on Zoom. The 3-session package is $450 for three 60-minute sessions, to use within three months. The mentorship is $2,000 for three months, with payment plans available.
